From Site Survey to Installation

Measurement and Design

We take measurements and photographs and prepare the design around your corporate identity, logo and colours.

Printing and Cutting

Once the artwork is approved, the vinyl is printed and precision cut.

Surface Preparation and Application

The surface is cleaned of grease and dirt, then the vinyl is applied section by section.

Finishing and Inspection

Edges are sealed, air bubbles worked out, and the work is inspected and cleaned before handover.

How long does a vehicle wrap take?

Two to five days depending on the size of the vehicle: two to three days to print the vinyl after artwork approval, then two to three days to apply it.

What determines the cost of a vehicle wrap?

The vehicle model, the complexity of the design, how much of the body is covered and the grade of vinyl. Send us the vehicle model and what you want covered and we will quote free of charge.

How long does vinyl last?

Premium Avery Dennison and 3M vinyl is rated for five to seven years outdoors, and lasts longer with careful cleaning and maintenance.

Will removing the vinyl damage the vehicle?

Removed professionally, no. Damage is only a risk where vinyl has been left on far beyond its rated life and the paint underneath has already deteriorated.

Does window film help with heat?

Yes. Some films block up to 99% of UV and reduce heat gain, which can lower the interior temperature of a vehicle by three to five degrees in summer.

Can you wrap a whole fleet?

Yes. We handle fleet rollouts to a single specification, scheduling vehicles in batches so your operation is not interrupted.
