UV Printing: Direct Printing on Glass, Wood, Metal and Acrylic
At our facility in Pendik, Istanbul we print directly onto glass, metal, wood, acrylic, composite, PVC foam board and rigid PVC on a 4x2 m SwissQprint UV flatbed press. White underbase and varnish layers, laser and CNC cutting, and on-site installation where needed all happen under one roof. We handle everything from a single sample to production runs of a thousand pieces.
OUR FACILITY
UV Printing Happens in Our Own Facility
We do not outsource UV printing. Our 4x2 m UV flatbed press, laser and PVC cutting line and laminating machine are all in our production facility in Pendik, Istanbul, so every step from printing to cutting is done by our own team. That is how we keep control of colour, lead time and cost — and how urgent jobs can go into production the same day.

From Site Survey to Installation
Brief and Sample
You send the dimensions, material and artwork. Where the finish matters we print a sample first.
Prepress
We check the file, set the colours and prepare the white underbase and varnish layers.
Printing and Cutting
Printing on the flatbed press, then contour cutting by laser or CNC and finishing.
Delivery or Installation
Packed delivery, or installation on site by our own team.

PRICING
What Determines the Price of UV Printing?
Every job is calculated from its dimensions and materials, so we do not publish a price list. Send us the details below and we will quote the same day.

Material and surface
Glass, acrylic, MDF, composite, PVC foam board, metal. If we supply the material, the sheet cost is added; if you bring your own, you pay for the printing only.

Print area and quantity
Pricing is calculated per square metre. The unit price falls as quantity rises, because machine set-up is spread across more pieces.

White underbase and varnish
On clear glass and dark surfaces, a white underbase, raised varnish or spot gloss each adds a layer — and every layer adds press time.

Cutting and finishing
Straight cutting is standard. Contour cutting by laser or CNC, drilling, rounded corners and mounting hardware are quoted separately.

Artwork preparation
There is no design charge if you send print-ready vector artwork. Design or retouching is charged by the time it takes.

Lead time
Standard lead times get our best price. Same-day work and jobs needing a night shift are planned and quoted separately.
WHERE WE WORK
From Pendik Across Istanbul and Beyond
Our production facility is in Pendik, on the Asian side of Istanbul. For work anywhere in Istanbul we survey the site ourselves, print in our own facility and install with our own team. We ship packed goods to the European side and to the rest of Turkey, and we handle export shipments on request.
