From Site Survey to Installation

Survey and Analysis

We look at the store's location, target customer, product range and brand identity, and take measurements and photographs.

Design and Approval

The concept is presented with 3D visuals and mock-ups. Once approved, we prepare the production files.

Manufacturing

Signage, lightboxes, vinyl, graphics and labels are all produced in our own facility.

Installation and Handover

Our own team installs on site and hands the store over ready for opening.

How long does a store fit-out take?

Around 10 working days from concept approval to completed installation. In shopping centres we also work overnight where mall management requires it.

Do you work with small stores too?

Yes. We scope the work to the budget, from a single window and sign refresh through to a full turnkey fit-out.

Can you roll one concept out across a chain?

Yes. For chains such as Hakmar Express we prepare a branch-level application guide and apply the same identity, materials and dimensions in every store.

How often should seasonal décor change?

Every two to four weeks in fashion and textiles, monthly in food and general retail, and quarterly in electronics.

Can you work with a store another agency designed?

Yes. We can complete the missing elements while keeping the existing concept, or prepare a budgeted plan for a refresh.
