From Site Survey to Installation

Artwork

You send the design as a PDF. Colours should be CMYK and resolution at least 300 dpi.

Prepress Check

We check the file for colour and dimensional accuracy and tell you if anything needs correcting.

Digital Printing

Your material is loaded onto the press, colour is set on the machine and the job is printed.

Finishing and Delivery

Cutting, folding and binding as required, then a final check, packing and delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum print size?
We print 320 cm wide in a single piece, with no limit on length. Larger sizes are produced by joining panels.
What machines do you use?
Two 320 cm banner presses, one 320 cm fabric press, one 160 cm Mimaki and one 4x2 m UV flatbed. For finishing we have laser cutting, a 180 cm laminator, two PVC cutting plotters and a cellophane laminator — ten machines in total, with 1,500 m² of daily capacity.
What is the difference between digital and offset printing?
Digital printing has no plate set-up cost, which makes it economical and fast for small runs. Offset becomes more economical at higher volumes (5,000+) and prints on a wider range of stocks.
How accurate is the colour?
We match Pantone references and manage the CMYK colour profile. For colour-critical work we recommend a test print, which can be produced for a small additional charge.
Which paper stocks do you offer?
Coated stock from 90 to 350 gsm, matte, gloss, kraft and recycled papers. If you need a special stock, we can source it.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our in-house graphic design team can advise on or produce the artwork; the fee depends on the complexity of the design.
Is same-day delivery really possible?
Yes, for straightforward orders approved before 11:00 and flagged as urgent.
