Tatbak — FOODIST 2026 Exhibition Stand

We delivered Tatbak’s 10×4 m, 40 m² island stand at the FOODIST fair in Istanbul (1–4 September 2026) on a turnkey basis — from design development through manufacturing to the build on site.

The stand was conceived to bring the brand’s retail concept into the exhibition hall. Three display niches were cut into the back wall, giving the Doruk, Lina and Halis sub-brands their own “shop within a shop” areas, each with its own illuminated brand panel above it. Each niche holds four display shelves with closed stock cupboards beneath. LED lighting under the shelves lifts the products, while a dark fascia band contrasts with the beige body and strengthens the brand panels.

An illuminated channel letter Tatbak logo sits on a timber-slatted fascia, repeated on the side elevation. On the visitor side there is an L-shaped desk with a glazed display unit in front and a central island cabinet; to the right, an open hospitality area is separated by a slatted screen and artificial planting, with a 140×220 cm illuminated lightbox and an arched digitally printed panel. The body surfaces are beige melamine, the slatted surfaces wood-effect melamine, and the side wall is lacquered.

We took possession of the stand space on 28 August, assembled the finished modules on site, made the electrical and lighting connections, and handed the stand over to the Tatbak team for product placement on 31 August.
