2. Data We Process
a) Through the quote and contact forms
Name, company name, job title, phone number, email address, country, project location and the details you write about your project.
b) Automatically while you use the site
IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and the time of the visit, collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
c) By phone and WhatsApp
Your phone number and the content of the messages you send us.

- Preparing and sending you a quotation
- Planning, producing and installing the work you order
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations
- Understanding how the website is used and improving it
4. Legal Basis
Data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK: because it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, because we have a legal obligation, and on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.
5. Transfers, Including Outside Turkey
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. It is shared only with the service providers that make the website and our correspondence work:
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email
- Vercel — website hosting and traffic analytics
- Google Analytics — anonymised visit statistics
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us that way
Some of these providers hold data on servers outside Turkey. Where required we also share data with our accountants and with public authorities when the law obliges us to.
6. Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and records with an accounting or legal dimension for the periods set out in Turkish law (generally ten years). Analytics data is kept for the retention period of the relevant platform.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether we process your personal data, and request information if we do
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
- Ask for the data to be erased or destroyed
- Object to a result produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Write to info@eymenreklam.com.tr, or send a signed written application to our registered office at Esenler Mah. Çevre Sok. No: 7, 34899 Pendik / İstanbul. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted, access to our systems is limited to authorised staff, and we take the technical and administrative measures required by the KVKK.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date of last update shown at the top.
